      Hi,

I have a demo site, that was running the free version on an ODROID XU4, but we had an "out of memory error" and subsequent shutdown of mango a couple of times.

We have decided to upgrade the hardware to a Windows 7 box, i5, 8Mb.
I downloaded the latest free version from the website (link)(https://store.infiniteautomation.com/account/downloads/fullCores/free-m2m2-core-3.5.6.zip;jsessionid=DB6F85B8DD31CEBE2E413F9FD963DB52), and installed, setup java, widows service etc, and them imported the json config file as retrieved from the old ODROID.

The issue I have now is that it shuts down periodically, due to a "timed license"

FATAL 2019-04-16T16:54:30,642 (com.serotonin.m2m2.TimedLicenseRegistrar$ExpiryCheck.run:193) - Mango NoSQL database is running in free mode, Mango will shutdown at 4:54:30 16/04/2019.
FATAL 2019-04-16T16:54:30,642 (com.serotonin.m2m2.TimedLicenseRegistrar$ExpiryCheck.run:200) - Mango will shutdown in 15 seconds.
      INFO 2019-04-16T16:54:45,649 (com.serotonin.m2m2.Lifecycle.terminate:422) - Mango Lifecycle terminating...

I have not had this before.

Please help, as I am trying to get these guys to invest in the commercial license.

        Hi Hayden,

We prefer to handle license issues over emails to support@infiniteautomation.com

Please provide the GUID and situation, and invoice number if applicable. Generally MangoES licenses are not transferable, but certainly something can be worked out.

          Hi Phil,

I will send an email, but it is not an ES license, just a free version.

The ODROID was not an ES.

It is almost like the link to the free version was wrong somehow. (free-m2m2-core-3.5.6.zip)

          Hayden

Ah, my mistake, I misunderstood! I will check on that, and am happy to grant you a trial license if you would like to use the NoSQL database while developing your solution.

              Hi Phil,

Would you please be able to provide a link to the free version, without the NoSQL DB?

I checked the free bundle, it doesn't seem to have the NoSQL module so I'm not sure what happened there.

                  See ya in the emails!
