Odd server error message

Heya,
Anytime I am working in the server configuration windows, I get the following message appear every few minutes or so:
I have checked the logs and there does not appear to be any new entries. Sometimes it occurs when I am just looking at a page, i.e. haven't made any changes to the configuration. I haven't monitored the message to see if there is a pattern to when it appears but, if I recall, it will appear on any of the configuration pages.
I just ignore it now but thought you might be interested.

Hi Ian,
Quite strange. You could try launching it at the command line. Sometimes, especially in older versions, there were some errors that would make it to stderr and avoid the log file.
