Can't find page displayed on menu

We have a dashboard that displays as a menu item and renders when clicked. However I cannot find it from the designer or from the edit pages window. It is not in the list of pages. How can I find it and edit it?

The first thing that comes to my mind is edit-pages permission on either the user account or the pages. Are you signed in as superAdmin?
