How to use MySQL instead of Mango internal DB?

I'd like to use MySQL instead of Mango internal DB, so I can write other apps that use the same DB.
How can I do it? Documentation says It's possible but I didn't found any explanation.

An update please! This post is of five years ago... i don't get how i can import data of Mango Database to my own MySQL database... I want save some data in specific, not all.

It happens to me too, it's because this forum software is new I guess, there may be some tweaking needed.
What's weird is that if I open the link in a new window/tab it works, but if I click the link and it opens in the current window/tab it doesn't!
