How to upgrade from mango 2.8.4 to mango 3.x.x ?

I'm using Mango 2.8.4 with Schema Version: 13
now I want to update to latest version,
to do this I follow this link:https://help.infiniteautomation.com/how-to-upgrade-mango/
The modules available are:
All
core-2.8.8
dashboards-3.3.1
excelReports-1.1.4it is possible to update to mango version 3.4.x ?

Hi Antonio,
If you are on Mango 2.8.8, you would see a checkmark above the 'Do Upgrade' button on the /modules.shtm page for showing major version updates, which would show some modules are probably not compatible (but this shouldn't be an issue). Be aware that your license will become invalid, and you will need to purchase an upgrade license for the new 3.x instance.

I'm starting from trying to install
mango 2.8.8 on old versione 2.8.4after download in the cmd I've the following message:
Core upgrade found...
No Jar utility found to extract upgrade, Please manually unzip core upgrade and restart Mango...after unzip, delete the zip and restart of Mango the result is that when I go to module page it is again Mango 2.8.4 that suggest to update to Mango 2.8.8.
Where is my error?

I would guess you did not follow proper manual upgrade instructions and delete your Mango/lib/* files before unzipping the upgrade. So now you have two mango-x.y.z.jar (and duplicates of other jar files, too) files in your Mango/lib/ directory.
