Update problem

Hello, I have a problem with a V3 MangoES, I wanted to update to the last core version and when I updated it crashed, and didn't start. So I get access with WinSCP and copied all the files from /opt/mango and after that I've delete all the folder. But some file from the database folder I couldn't delete (mah2.lock.db), I don't know if this is a problem...
After I've put the last version of mango from the website, copied the m2m2.license.xml, env.properties file from overrides folder and restored my database from the backup.
And after all of this the mango goes very slow and in my custom web page the points are updating very slow from the PLC.
Any idea why is this happening?

Can you check your Mango/logs/ma.log file for what the error is?
