Fail to upgrade 2.8.4 due to versioning problem

While upgrading to the core 2.8.4, i have encountered error message pop up.
Refer to photo for details of error and GUI.
Kindly advise what should I do to resolve the problem.

Hi Desmond,
An UnknownHostException means it could not resolve the URL. It means either the DNS is not configured or not working properly. You can resolve the problem by ensuring your gateway is resolving URLs and that you have internet access from the computer running Mango (i.e. at the command line does
ping www.google.comwork?)
