It would be handy if a user was able to browse a remote publisher's point hierarchy on the listener data source and add points to be synced, making it unnecessary to log in to the remote Mango. It would also be nice to have the same 'set sync history' and sync controls on the listener data source too.

I agree, this would be a great feature and we have been thinking alongs the lines of a tool to allow you to remotely manage the whole mango configuration but this would be a good place to start.
