Chart colour has no affect?

Defining "Chart colour" in the "Point properties" has no affect when viewing graphs in the "Watch list". Is this a bug or am I missing something?
I have entered #FF0000 in the colour field

I may be wrong, but from memory, the chart colours only apply to reports.
The charting stuff looks to have been completely overhauled in the newest beta anyway:
