Mango running in the cloud

I am wondering about peoples experiences with installing Mango on a cloud server.
What issues have people had?
Would anybody recommend a particular server - google -amazon?
Also, I have a query in relation to purchasing Mango - once installed on a PC, is it possible to install the same application on a cloud server - and delete the initial local install?
