Bacnet Write and Scheduling Questions

It's not quite clear from the features list, so I just want to be sure about these two things.
Can Mango write to bacnet points (as in changing setpoints)?
If so, can schedules be made to write to bacnet points (as in setting an occupancy variable on a schedule)?
