Hi, I just installed Mango Automation. I use BACnet data source and have tested with two different BACnet servers that the BACnet Discovery process is not working. It seems to be that the BACnet Server(s) do not receive the "WhoIs" request from Mango. However if I shut down the BACnet Server(s) and restart those Mango receives the "I am" broadcast sent at Server startup.
      The help says:
To test configuration settings and determine what devices are available for points, enter the Port number to which to broadcast and click the "Send WhoIs" button. (If the port number is not provided, the value from the configuration is used.)

But I can no where find the field to set this port. Can it be that the "WhoIs" request is sent to a port that the BACnet servers are not listening to? If so how do I change the port Mango is sending the "WhoIs" request?

      TJ

        Hello TJ,

can you check to which port the WhoIs is sent? (for example with Wireshark)

Ah found it in System Settings.
There I found a setup section for BACnet. There I could select the address of the Mango Server Computer instead of 0.0.0.0::47808
          Now it works perfectly.
          Just a silly beginners problem.
          Regards
          TJ
