Button to set point values

I need to use mango for automation generally.. So html button with facility to change set point value would be ideal. For both Binary & Analog value. For binary, the click shall set,reset or toggle. In case of analog, a scroll image shall be loaded with 0 to 100% as min and max value. help me to acheive this.
