Step by step to build Mango

Can anyone please explain step by step process to build Mango M2M in Eclipse or NetBeans?
Which is recommended? because I feel comfortable with Netbeans.
I have Mango 1.15.4 unzipped but it doesn't seem to have /src directory.
All I have is .jar files.Thanks,
