Are there plans to add Foreign Device Registration to Mango M2M / BACnet4J ?

BACnet Foreign Device Registration would enable Mango M2M to reach out over the Internet to any BACnet site with FD capability. Without this capability it is hard (impossible?) to connect BACnet sites over the Internet.
Are there any plans to add FDR capabilities to the BACnet4J stack?
