Hi,
I have alarm events triggering a process, whereby sms alerts are sent using bat/vbs.
It works ok, but depending on the size of the recipient address book, or if the com port is busy on the host PC, mango times out its process, not giving it chance to send.
i.e. for each recipient in my address book, it can take 1-3 secs to send then i have a pause of another 3 secs before i resend.
so 4 recipients soons adds up.
also, if the com port is busy from another alarm/process request, i need to leave the mango derived process request intact, whilst my script continues checking the port for the next available slot.
is this timeout for process command fixed?

A process timeout in seconds has been added to both the active and inactive fields. This has however been implemented in M2M2 only.
