      I am just playing and when I try to register my instance of M2M2 clicking on "Update your license" button, it says it is not possible to stablish a connection.

      Is it ready to use?

        Check the env.properties file in either "classes" or "overrides". It should have the following entry:

        store.url=http://m2m2.serotoninsoftware.com

        It's important that there is no trailing "/" too.

        Best regards,
        Matthew

          it works now, replacing the following line:

          store.url=http://serotonin.homeip.net:38080

            I have registered my M2M2 instance but could not get rid of the message "This instance is running in free mode. Time remaining: more than 7 hour(s)"

              Go to the M2M2 site (http://m2m2.serotoninsoftware.com). Log in to your account, go to "licenses" (if you're not already there), and click on entry for your instance. At the bottom of the page is a link to "Download license file". Put this file into the root dir of your M2M2 instance and restart. The message should then be gone.

              We'll be adding simpler ways of getting this sort of thing done in the near future.

              Best regards,
              Matthew

                Thank you, I was looking for that file but did not realize that there was a link there.

                    The link is always displayed unless you get a message that says "The requested license was not found." If you're sure it's not there, take a screen cap and post it.

                    Best regards,
                    Matthew

                        You must register you instance first.
                        Make sure you have the correct address in env.properties file and click on the link "Update License" in "Modules" page.
