Mango 4.0 beta stop script does not terminate properly in Mac OS Big Sur

I have experienced that the Mango 4.0 beta stop script does not terminate properly in MacOS BigSur (11.10.1). What happens is that the script execute but the process hangs. I need to force quit the terminal window.
I have attached a couple of screenshots that maybe useful. I can provide the diagnostic export file if that helps.
My laptop is 2017 MacBook Pro.Thank you.
