Mango keeps losing license

I have reverted back to 3.6.0, downloaded license from modules page, license status updates from unlicensed to unlimited. However, if I use dashboard designer, or data sources to update anything I keep getting you have exceeded the 300 point free license. At this point the license wil;l no longer download without a shutdown and reboot of the system. All of this started happening with a windows 10 update on Tuesday.
