        Hi gquiroz,

That looks like it's the point selector that you're asking about. That's what I would expect to see if you do not have any data points with names containing "MTR03-"

@phildunlap I do have values there but for some reason the system stopped displaying the values. I have to restart the application and then it starts working and then suddenly it stops again.

When you click the arrow to expand the dropdown what does it look like? By "the values" you mean the data points, right?

Have you checked the resource consumption of Mango while you're doing this?

@phildunlap the arrow is disabled and it seems like there is no data points/values at all. By the way what is resource consumption?

                Memory and CPU usage

Also could you right click on the page and click "Inspect" to see if there are errors in the console in the browser?

@phildunlap It has 441 data points. do you think that can be an issue?

No, but it's possible your H2 database has grown large from other factors and trying to keep it in memory is causing issues.

Can you check the developer console in the browser for errors on the page, and check the size of the H2 database at Mango/databases/mah2.h2.db ?

Also, can you post the version of the Core and the Excel Reports module?

@phildunlap Thanks for the help. Now the data points have started coming up itself.
