How to Configure New Permission Group

I can't seem to find any setting in the backend UI to configure permission groups. I need to add a new permission group beside superadmin and user.
Here are my users and permission settings. I am running Mango Automation 3.0.

Just enter any new permission string directly into the text box, the values are separated by commas.
