UPDATED Everything to latest and UI now freezes on dashboard designer.

Performed the usual update to all modules on latest ES system and the UI will load as normal but no response from window after designer loads or edit pages loads. Restarted several times. powered down the unit and No difference. The instance freezes up in the original legacy window as well. killing both windows and reloading is only solution and new window resets the connection and in legacy works. UI is the problem clicking edit pages or designer freezes application in both windows.
