Is there a dashboard sample similar to Mango Data Center Solution?

No, there is no complete sample. You can definitely build something similar using the dashboard designer and custom pages. There are lots of code snippets in the examples showing how to use individual components. Please also check out our documentation section of the website, especially the training videos.
We can provide limited support to help you build something in our forum, or you can contact us about building you a complete solution.
