How Remote device receive a privateTransferReceived

hi all
i followed the method to send a privateTransfer. (https://github.com/infiniteautomation/BACnet4J/blob/master/src_test/com/serotonin/bacnet4j/privatex/SendTest.java)
it able to send it across the network. but my remote device unable to receive any privatetransfer. message. i used wireshark to find the problem and found that it rejected the packet due to unrecognized service.
how do i retrieve the privatetransfer message from remote device??
i open with any discussion above.. thanks
