      Good Afternoon Everyone,

I am utilizing the point hierarchy to organize data points for our deployed systems.

After an undefined amount of time, the hierarchy resets, forcing me to add the points back to the folders. What is strange is the folder structure stays put, but the points do not.

The points are from a persistent tcp datasource, with the accept changes enabled. Is the tcp publisher overwriting the datasource point hierarchy?

        Hi Brad,

Do you have "Synchronize point hierarchy" checked on the publisher?

Why yes I do. That would explain everything. One day I will pay attention to all of the available options. One day....

          Thanks for the help!
