      Hi all,

I have a cloud based Mango installation and it has been operating fine for a few months now, however no It will not display any charts in the data point page, data point details page, and the watch list page. I have check that the chart settings are on and have a colour etc. Also every time I log on it says connection refused but I can still access everything. (except the charts obviously)

Any solutions would be muchly appreciated.

        Hi Pikey,

Can you get us a little more information? Your log files are on the filesystem in the Mango/logs/ma.log file. While you're there, I'd encourage you to look in your Mango/classes/ and Mango/overrides/classes/ directory, looking for any .class files.

Or, if you have launch Mango from a console, do any errors print when you open the page?

          Hi Pikey,

Are these charts on Mango pages like the Point Details page, Watch List page or do you have a custom dashboard with charts? Does the page have other components that do load ok but just the charts don't load?

If you are using Chrome it would be good if you fire up Developer Tools and see if you see any error in the console. Here's an overview for Chrome Developer Tools that is helpful https://developer.chrome.com/devtools
