Unable to find Twilio

Hi All,
I want to configure twilio to sent sms via twilio in MangoES.
However, I cannot find it in the data source dropdown list. Under the log file,
it clearly show that Twilio has been loaded.May I know how to navigate to the twilio to do the account setting?
Any help will be appreciated.Thanks

Twilio is a publisher not a datasource so you will find it on the publisher module.
