Is there a list of differences of M2M2 compared to M2M?

To me it looks like:

M2M2 is now closed source
M2M2 no longer needs Tomcat or Apache
M2M2 will probably support some new, cool stuff so people want to upgrade (since open source version sounds A LOT better)

This raises couple of questions:
