I do get 404 errors. Example from console output:GET https://englab-bms2.corp.google.com/modules/mangoUI/web/vendor/amcharts/plugins/export/shapes/16.svg 404 (Not Found)

Annotation mode: Cannot add shapesposted in User help
When viewing a chart from the watch list area, and going into "Annotate" mode, I cannot add any shapes. The shape options all have a small placeholder image icon, instead of whatever shapes would normally be available to select.
