My customer has purchased equipment of a former company and does not have the username or password. I was able to find the IP address on the network and can get to the web interface and ssh to port 2222 but the default passwords don't work. I read that I need to "open the box" to get the ssh password. Is this correct, and how do I do that?
Once there, it sounds like I can make a password change in the database to be able to access the web interface. Is that also correct?
