RTU modbus packet format over ip

port: 5000deviceid:2
regAddress:50000
regcode:holdingregister
length:2
[02 03 c3 50 02 <CRC>]
so i have the above modbus rtu packet.
i have to send this packet to above ip and port.which protocol i will use?
i tried with modbus4j but while generatiing packet there is no crc attached to it.
but here requirement is RTU packet format send across ip/porti need the kind response
