I am wondering why in the designer the series-1-title is not recognized by the property editor yet it works in the browser? Should we be using series-1-title or series1-title, series-2-values/series2-values etc. ?

In my brief experimenting zero or more dashes are permitted between the series and its number, so,
series------1-titleshould do the same thing asseries1-titlethough I didn't look up where that's actually getting handled. So, I wouldn't worry about it, unless you have some cause to.
