      Hi Support Team,

I have committed a terrible mistake to power up the mangoES_2.6.2 (old version c/w metal case ) into the RS485 terminal. Not surprising, the hardware is total dead despite making the re-connection into the input power terminal.

      1. What can I do to recover my demo work data in the storage?
      2. Is it serviceable, such as any chance of possible replacement of known damaged parts?
      3. The warranty period has expired. Any suggestion or help to salvage it?

      Thanks
