Well it raised its back again on a phone display. The monitor works perfectly and the phone is now acting weird.
Try resizing your browser window down to phone size and see what happens.

that worked as expected. I thought that might have been it too but its like the bars are there just invisible.

Just to clarify, the chart is not showing up when you view the dashboard but it is when you are editing the page in the Dashboard Designer? Or it only shows up on the Watchlist page? Can you ensure you have the same date range and settings selected on the date bar.

the same dashboard is loaded on the phone and the browser on the pc
I enabled the datebar and made them both the same timeframe (sorry) 1 week

Hi Jared; our testing on different platforms has isolated the rendering issue seen above to the bar option selection specifically in the new watchlist. On WIN XP using chrome v49 and mozilla firefox v52 ALL charts render bars correctly. On operating systems versions > XP only the BAR option will not display on the watchlist-charts in the designer or in dashboards under using varied date ranges even though the balloons indicate the data is being generated for the chart and the graph is there just not displayed. Using Line or Step the graph displays on all screens in all systems. Using latest chrome and mozilla browsers.

Yep, thanks. Actually can you also export the watchlist you are using as JSON (import/export page) and give me that? It contains the chart settings.

not sure where to export just this one watchlist.. I think al watchlists get selected for export in the configuration screen ? yes /no

These are all the watchlists we have the Potable Water watch-list is the one in the charts with missing bars.
