angularjs ng-init reference to a drop down list

Jared, I have made an ng-init to be able to quickly make a reference to a drop down list that is connected to a filter query. The problem is that how I have it written, it displays the data, but it doesn't show the Name inside the dropdown list. What have I screwed up?
