Support for RS232 device

Hi,
I need to do is to interface with an RS232 device (a weigh scale), which continuously sends out data (weight) through RS232.
I want to read the data into Mango.Infact, I have gone through the Modbus, SQL and other datasources and I could sucessfully interface them.
I am assuming that I can't use Modbus since, the slave device does not have address and it just continuously sends out data and can't multi-drop into modbus network.
Need help for RS232.
