Modbus-TCP connect error

Hi,
has anyone seen something like in the attached wireshark trace?
Mango is querying a modbus-TCP slave, but somehow loses pace with closing and reopening connections (used with simple TCP, without keep-alive). This slave can only accept one connection at a time, thus the connection will be broken...Thanks,
