      How can I transfer an instance to another user?

      I setup the system with my login details and now we want to purchase the license under my clients own account but when we click on update license and log in with his account, it says the instance is already in use by another.

      Is it possible to transfer to the other user?

        Hello Dave,

        The answer is yes. Have your client create an account in our store if they haven't already. Then send use the contact form on our main website to send us the information so we can make the transfer.

        GUID
        emails for both parties.

          Hi Woody, I sent the email but so far the QUID has not been transferred.

          We are about to roll this out to the field and would like to get it licensed so that we can avoid the IP issue.

            Gosh Dave I'm sorry.

              Yip. I got back 2 emails from your system. The reply to email is this with what I assume is the support tick number?
