<![CDATA[Annotation mode: Cannot add shapes]]>When viewing a chart from the watch list area, and going into "Annotate" mode, I cannot add any shapes. The shape options all have a small placeholder image icon, instead of whatever shapes would normally be available to select.

I do get 404 errors. Example from console output:
