I'm trying to configure a New MangoGT device.

After setting it up with a router, I opened up the Mango web ui.

In the login, I entered the default username (admin) and password (admin).

But it said Login failed - Bad credentials.

It doesn't make sense because the device is new and not configured. The default login should be working as it worked for the devices I configured previously.

Is there another default login? If not, is it possible to hard reset the mango device?

Thanks.

The easiest way to do a reset would be to stop Mango, move the database (move it to root
~/
) from the
/opt/mango/databases/
directory (from directory use,
mv mah2.200.* ~/
command), then restart Mango. Similar direction could be found on our document site, you will not need to do the restore since this is a new unit. Thank you!

However, I tried opening the page in incognito but still couldn't login to it.

Try opening the page in incognito or private mode to see if that resolves the issue.
