Are there any known issues with the forum?

Two big issues we've noticed,

1. When requesting a password reset, when you click the "reset password" button:

On first click, nothing happens, on second click, it says:

and you never actually get a password reset email....

2. When hitting the submit button on a new post, it ALWAYS leads to:

however, the post is actually posted.

Here's another error that comes up often:

Tried on Safari 11.1 and Chrome 66.0.3359.117 (OSX and Windows)
