Or system is only working with normal daisy chain. For star connection i have to use repeaters? Because i have mixed connection at the moment star and stub. And what is the effect in looping rs485 in fieldbus?</p>

Because of this a star configuration is not recommended for a RS-485 network and proper termination / biasing should be used.</p>
