<![CDATA[Configure a Windows PC to use in a control room]]>Hi guys,

I'm installing a Dell PC, core i3, 8 gigs ram, windows 7, with Mango and DGLux to be in a control room as a control/monitor system on an HVAC system with 120 or so controllers.
I will like to set the computer like if Mango was the only installed software, by this I mean that when one turns the computer on it goes straight to "home screen" where the user should set his name and password, disable every keyboard shortcut, run in full screen mode, like the kiosk mode but avoiding the user to be able to "enter windows" or leave this Mango+DGLux environment.
In the past I've worked with machinery (in the plastic industry) that had this features, I believe it was done with windows XP.
Have any of you guys done something like this?

Would running as a service in this manner mean that mango would start with the PC, prior to anyone logging in?

One other thing you should consider is to install a service to run Mango rather than the ma-start.sh. You can do this pretty easily with YAJSW http://yajsw.sourceforge.net/#mozTocId527639

The only trick is at the bottom of the wrapper.conf file is to replace all the individual lib listing with one line like this:

wrapper.java.classpath.4 = .\\lib\\*

You also probably want to edit the Service name on line: 171, 174, 177
