Alas, that is absolutely no information about the problems you are having. In your emailed variant of this question, I replied all one must need do is connect the RS-485 port (if it's an RS-485 serial network), configure the BACnet local device via either the system settings page in the old UI or the local devices config in the new UI (maybe have to enable in the edit menu page and be on an up to date version), and then create a BACnet MS/TP data source on the data sources page.
But again, without a specific question or really any hint of the problem, I don't know what help to offer.

I can't say for sure what the issue would be. If you're transferring the image from one eMMC to a newer eMMC it's possible you'll need to update Linux before it will boot. There are also some hidden boot sectors that can cause issues between eMMC board revisions. Likely if you put this question to the Odroid forum, they would want to know the color of the eMMC to find the revision number and the version number / type of operating system installed.

The MangoES v2 has 3.10.82+, which according to the above post is 1.0, which says that it would have to be re-imaged? I'm not quite sure how to accomplish this or even if I want to pursue this.

As the name suggests, it appears you'd be overwriting what you have with a complete image. I have seen the command
sudo make_modules install To install and use the linux kernel.
But I'm not confident that will work given the architecture of the mango unit. I could suggest grub bootloader to select the linux kernel but even then I think you'd just be fiddling as the system itself is a complete image. that is booted and run
Sorry I've exhausted all of my options. I think contact support directly will give you a better outcome now.

Check both ends of the connection, and the adapter. A few possible points of failure there. You may also want to have a USB keyboard to refresh the display if it's gone to sleep, and you may want to restart with the cable plugged in (but I suspect you may have tried to boot it a few times, although iirc some V2 units had a power issue with the HDMI being plugged in and a power cycle through unplugging / replugging power, so I would say try also plugging it in shortly after plugging in the power. You could see that issue with some LEDs on the board still illuminating from the HDMI plug when the power is out).
